Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Once you select your country, or enter your mailing address, currency will convert accordingly to your location.
Order are fulfilled within 2 business days. Domestic transit time for complimentary orders varies, and can take up to 10 business days based on your selected shipping choice. Expedited shipping varies based on carrier. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. *Additional time may be needed for high volume days, sales, and Holidays. If you need your items for a special occasion, or date please email the concierge or reach out via live chat to speak with a member of the concierge team to ensure proper arrangements can be made.

This is a 30-day conditional exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Requests made outside of the 30 calendar days, will not be honored.

To be eligible, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tamper evident seals undisrupted, product unused, and in its original packaging, and in a proper shipping box.
